the air conditioning was virtually non-existent—how dare they call this a four-star hotel! not to mention, one has to pay for a safe! hello? I expected some complimentary convenience for my stay but received nothing. I almost left a good review, but alas, it’s just not possible given these horrors.

The housekeeping staff did a fantastic job, keeping our room spotless every day.

We found the temperature of the shower fluctuated frequently between cold and hot, making it uncomfortable.

Great stay! The rooms were spacious and cleaned daily. We enjoyed having a balcony and air conditioning, which was super important in the heat. Loved the outdoor pool with sun loungers. Had access to a private bathroom with a shower and free toiletries, which was convenient. Only a 10-minute walk to the beach and nearby eateries.
